Reception- and Reservation Manager

If you are an early bird, you will meet Sina Minopoli at the breakfast period, She will be always around when the guests are checking out at the reception. Sina Minopoli completed her first internship with us in 2012 and her career has been closely linked to the Laupheimer Hof.

What does your typical working day look like?

I start early in the morning by supporting my colleagues at the reception. Then I work in the office and take care of requests for meetings and events, tour the prospective customers around the house.


Which tasks excite you the most?

Personal contact with our guests is my most cheerful moment: listening to our guests´ expectations and to fulfill their requirements, their satisfaction is my utmost achievement.  


What are the biggest challenges in event planning?

Planning events takes a lot of work, time and dedication. The biggest challenge is to stand at the guests side and to ensure every step regarding their concerns will be well set in our carefree package and to assure a smooth outcome. 


What should interested guests look out for when planning an event with you?

It is important to be as outspoken as possible. We have many years of experience with events and are happy to advise interested parties in detail. It is good to know key data such as dates and number of people – from small groups to events with 120 people, everything is possible with us. But usually, the ideas develop in the course of the consultation and the guests choose from our suggestions what suits them and the celebration or conference best.


How is the offer received in the region?

We have some companies in the Laupheim, Biberach and Ulm region that come to us regularly. But we also receive new enquiries – word is gradually getting around about how nice an event is with us at the Laupheimer Hof.


Speaking of feedback – what do the guests think?

Most guests are amazed by the look of the modern rooms on their first impression and have always been satisfied with our cordial service. We have also noticed that the more detailed we discuss everything in advance, the better the satisfaction. Therefore, contact with the guests shortly before the date is particularly important so that we can take everything into account.


Do you offer catering off-site?

Yes – beside our in-house service, we do provide outside catering in full or partial service, delivery catering and pick up service direct from our house for any kind of events and occasions in both corporate or private accounts.
